Hi ! Welcome to my page.
Marie-Félicia Beclin
I am currently a postdoctorant researcher on Causal Inference and Biostatistics at the Team EPIDERM in Université Paris-Est Créteil. I am supervised by Pr Tat Thang Vo
Previously I was ATER at Université de Montpellier. I worked with Dr. Julie Josse and Pr Jean-Baptiste Woillard on Superlearner for Synthetic Data Generation.
Previously I was a PhD student at Université de Montpellier within the Desbrest Institute of Epidemiology and Public Health, and I am also a member of the team PreMeDICaL at Inria. I am supervised by Nicolas Molinari and Pierre Lafaye de Micheaux.
While my foundational education is in engineering, having graduated from Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne, my current focus lies in the realm of applied statistics. Specifically, I am engrossed in the analysis of thoracic computed tomography scans from patients afflicted by asthma. I am also working on Synthetic Data Generation and Causal Inference.
I am member of the “Groupe des jeunes statisticiennes et statisticiens” from the French Statistics Society (SFdS)
